processors in the food industry for glass jars, plastic bottles/containers,

systems using steam, steam/air, spray, and full water immersion for processing.

support our clients. Our development of this product line is based upon a solid
understanding of thermal processing parameters and environments, design
expertise, applications experience, and the selection of the proper
thermoplastics resins/recipes for each application.
The development and selection of the proper engineered material recipes for the
retort sterilization racks, along with our flexible anti-scuff divider sheets,
has required considerable time and effort. Our thermoplastic resins and
thermoset rubber formulations (in both cases materials that are formed under
heat and pressure) offer a broader range of mechanical properties than other
solutions commercially available. They also offer competitive price points and
are completely recyclable.
